What to expect working with me
If you choose to work with me after our discovery call, we will start with initial health intake questionnaire, which serves as the basis for a comprehensive assessment of your health history as well as your current health concerns and goals. This is an opportunity for you to reflect deeply on your wellbeing and often opens the door to transformative insights.
Prior to our first session I will work through your responses to provide you with new insights on the triggers, mediators etc. In our first session we discuss this together to fill the gaps and discuss where you are at now with your health, what your personal goals are, and how we can get you to where you want to be. We end each session with your personal step-by-step plan how to transform your health and your quality of life for the better.

Program time frame: You could choose the time frame and session bundles that best work for you depending on your health status, goals and end results you expect to achieve. I understand that needs vary from person to person, and its important that you get out of this exactly what you really need. I offer 4 week, 6 week and 12 week session bundles to choose from.
